Terms of Service

1. Agreement to these terms

By accessing or using the website at quantumaze.com (“Website”) or any tools, content, or services available through it, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our Website.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Quantumaze Technologies LLP (“Quantumaze”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a Limited Liability Partnership registered in Kapurthala, Punjab, India.

2. Description of services

Quantumaze provides:

• A marketing website describing our software and app development services and allowing potential clients to submit inquiries.
• Free browser-based utility tools (“Tools”), currently including a QR code generator, email signature generator, WhatsApp link generator, and passport/visa photo generator, and which may be expanded over time.
• Paid features within the Tools, including a one-time custom QR code service (see Section 5).
• Bespoke software development and related professional services for clients, governed by separate written agreements.

3. Free tools — general terms

3.1 Availability and changes

The free Tools are provided at no charge and without requiring account registration. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, restrict, or permanently discontinue any Tool or feature at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability to you.

3.2 Local processing

The current Tools process all user input data (including names, contact details, logos, WiFi passwords, and any other information you enter) entirely within your browser. This data is not transmitted to or stored on our servers under normal operation. You are solely responsible for the content you input and any output you generate or share.

3.3 No warranty on outputs

Tool outputs — including but not limited to email signatures, QR codes, and any other generated content — are provided strictly “as-is”. We make no warranties, express or implied, that:

• QR codes will be scannable by all devices, cameras, or applications;
• Email signatures will render correctly in all email clients, on all operating systems, or at all screen sizes;
• WhatsApp links, embed snippets, or campaign tracking parameters will function as intended on every device or version of WhatsApp, or that they comply with WhatsApp’s or Meta Platforms, Inc.’s own terms of service, business messaging policies, or acceptable-use rules — you are solely responsible for that compliance;
• Passport, visa, or other identity-document photos produced by the passport photo tool — including crop dimensions, head-height percentage, background colour, resolution, or file size — meet the actual current requirements of any government, embassy, consulate, passport office, visa centre, airline, or other issuing or accepting authority, or that any such photo will be accepted;
• Outputs will be accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose;
• The Tools will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of security vulnerabilities;
• Any specific feature will continue to be available.

You are solely responsible for testing all outputs before using them professionally, commercially, or in any context where accuracy or functionality is important, and for independently verifying any output before submitting it to a government authority, printer, recipient, or any other third party.

3.4 Attribution

Outputs from the free Tools include a credit line attributing the output to Quantumaze Technologies LLP. This attribution may be removed or replaced through applicable paid features where available.

3.5 Future tools

Additional Tools may be added to the Website at any time. These Terms apply to all current and future Tools. Your continued use of the Website after a new Tool is introduced constitutes acceptance of these Terms as they apply to that Tool.

3.6 Specification and reference data

Some Tools, including the passport/visa photo generator, rely on reference data we have compiled ourselves from publicly available government, consular, and other official sources — for example, photo dimensions, head-height ranges, background requirements, and resolution or file-size limits for a given country or document type. This data:

• May be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect, whether at the time it was compiled or as a result of later changes made by the relevant authority;
• Is not periodically monitored, re-verified, or updated by us against changes in the underlying requirements, and we make no commitment or undertaking to do so;
• Is provided for general reference only, does not constitute advice, and is not a substitute for checking current requirements directly with the relevant authority before you rely on it.

Any compliance check, warning, or pass/fail indicator shown by a Tool — for example, estimated head size, background uniformity, sharpness, or head tilt — is an automated estimate based on this reference data. It is not a certification, guarantee, or representation that an output will be accepted by any authority, and must not be treated as one.

3.7 Ethical and lawful use is your responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of any Tool, and any output you generate, is lawful, accurate, and appropriate for your purpose, and complies with the requirements of any third party, platform, or authority relevant to that use — including, without limitation, government identity-document and visa requirements, WhatsApp’s and Meta’s own terms and business messaging policies, and any recipient’s consent to be contacted. The onus of ethical and lawful use rests entirely on you; Quantumaze takes no responsibility for how you use a Tool or its output, whatever the outcome.

3.8 Trademarks and third-party services

References to WhatsApp, Meta, or any government, consular, or visa-processing authority are for descriptive purposes only. Quantumaze is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them, and their names and marks belong to their respective owners.

4. Paid features — QR code customisation

4.1 Description

We offer (or plan to offer) a one-time paid option that allows you to remove or replace the Quantumaze logo in a QR code with an image you supply (“Custom QR Service”). When available, the custom QR code will be generated and delivered to the email address you provide following confirmation of payment.

4.2 Payment

Payment for the Custom QR Service is processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not receive, store, or process your payment card details. By completing a purchase, you also agree to the terms of the applicable payment provider. All prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4.3 Delivery

The custom QR code will be emailed to the address you provide as promptly as reasonably practicable following payment confirmation. If you do not receive your output within a reasonable time, please contact us at support@quantumaze.com.

4.4 Refund policy

Because the Custom QR Service delivers a digital output that is generated and sent immediately upon payment confirmation, we do not offer refunds once the output has been delivered. If there is a technical error on our part that prevents delivery, we will either re-deliver the output or issue a full refund at our discretion. Refund requests must be submitted to legal@quantumaze.com within 7 days of the original transaction.

4.5 Image licence and responsibility

If you upload an image to replace the Quantumaze logo, you warrant that you own or have the necessary rights and licences to use that image in the output and for the purpose for which you intend to use the resulting QR code. You indemnify Quantumaze against any claims arising from your use of images you supply.

4.6 Additional paid features

Additional paid features may be introduced in the future. The specific terms, pricing, and conditions for such features will be provided at the point of purchase and will be subject to these Terms unless otherwise stated.

5. Inquiries and client services

By submitting a project inquiry through our Website, you are initiating a pre-sales conversation; no contract for services is formed until both parties have executed a written agreement. Software development and related professional services are governed exclusively by the separate written agreement between Quantumaze and the client.

6. Intellectual property

6.1 Quantumaze content

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, icons, illustrations, tool interfaces, and underlying software (“Content”), is owned by or licenced to Quantumaze Technologies LLP and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Content without our express written permission.

6.2 Your content and licence grant

You retain full ownership of any content you input into our Tools. By inputting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process that content solely to the extent necessary to provide the Tool functionality to you.

6.3 Feedback

Any suggestions, feedback, or ideas you provide regarding the Website or Tools may be used by us freely and without restriction or compensation.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Website or Tools for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Generate QR codes, signatures, or other outputs for fraudulent, deceptive, harassing, or harmful purposes, or in violation of any third-party rights;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our Website, servers, or connected systems;
• Introduce or transmit malware, viruses, ransomware, or any other harmful or disruptive code or content;
• Use automated scraping, crawling, or data extraction methods on our Website without our prior written consent;
• Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or authorisation when using our services;
• Use the Tools to process, generate, or distribute content that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party;
• Use the passport/visa photo tool to create a photo intended to misrepresent your identity or another person’s identity, or to support a fraudulent, falsified, or otherwise dishonest application to any government, consular, or visa-processing authority;
• Use links, embeds, or campaign parameters generated by the WhatsApp link tool to send unsolicited bulk messages or spam, to contact anyone who has not consented to be contacted, or otherwise in violation of WhatsApp’s or Meta’s own policies.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE WEBSITE, TOOLS, AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. QUANTUMAZE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE OR TOOLS WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THEY WILL BE SECURE, UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, OR ERROR-FREE. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, QUANTUMAZE MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT ANY REFERENCE OR SPECIFICATION DATA USED BY A TOOL (INCLUDING PASSPORT AND VISA PHOTO REQUIREMENTS) IS CURRENT, COMPLETE, OR ACCURATE, AND MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT ANY OUTPUT IS FIT FOR ANY IDENTITY-DOCUMENT, TRAVEL, VISA, OR OTHER REGULATED PURPOSE.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, QUANTUMAZE AND ITS PARTNERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE WEBSITE, TOOLS, OR ANY SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR DIRECT DAMAGES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ₹500 (FIVE HUNDRED INDIAN RUPEES) IF YOU HAVE MADE NO PAYMENT.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN LIABILITIES. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Quantumaze Technologies LLP and its partners, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of or access to the Website or Tools; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party; or (d) any content you input, upload, or generate using the Tools.

11. Modifications to these terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. For material changes, we will take reasonable steps to provide advance notice. Your continued use of the Website or Tools after revised Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Website or any Tool at our discretion, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, applicable law, or the rights of any third party. Sections 6, 8, 9, 10, and 13 of these Terms survive any termination.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Website or Tools shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction located in Kapurthala, Punjab, India. You irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any separate written client agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Quantumaze Technologies LLP regarding your use of the Website and Tools and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
